Mr. Netra Bagale (MBS, MeGov) is the founder and owner of the established Travel Company Everest Vacation as well as the co-founder of reputed IT Company WildStone Solution. Everest Vacation also currently holds an international travel and tour company, Asia Experiences, operating in over ten countries. Driven by his determination to better integrate Technology and Travel, Netra is among the handful of individuals evolving to take the next step with growing tourism in Nepal.
You never know what prompts someone to have lifelong interest and dedication to a thing. But for Mr. Netra, it was his love to meet new people and the curiosity to explore the obscure that pulled him towards Travel and Tourism from his early days. The learning curve expanded even more for him and more so with his desire to learn and research in Information Technology. With both those and the respect he had for the local culture and lifestyle in Asia, this company was started. Throughout these years, he and his team of professionals have built a network of trust and succeeded in providing the best travel experience possible in Asia.
Born in the lap of Mount Manaslu and ‘the land of the warriors’, Gorkha, Netra spent his childhood close to nature and the Himalayas. Growing up in a simple but substantial joint family, he was taught the culture and customs of Nepalese society which he holds dear in his heart to date. After completing his basic schooling here he then pursued higher education in the Nepalese capital Kathmandu. Happily married with two kids, Mr. Netra now lives in Kathmandu and loves to share his travel stories with his boys.
It all started for Netra after his first excursion to rural Nepal with his friends. Having seen the raw beauty of Nepal, there was no stopping him as he visited dozens of different wonderful destinations here. From Pathibhara (far east) to Mahendranagar (far west), Mr. Netra explored and witnessed the possibilities that tourism holds in Nepal. All these adventures inspired him to start Everest Vacation over a decade ago which now operates trekking, tours, and adventures throughout Nepal.
Mr. Netra Completed his Master’s degree in Business Studies (MBS) in Kathmandu. More recently he added to his education by completing the demanded Masters in e-Governance (MeGov, IT-related degree). His ongoing research is focused on the integration of ICT and tourism to promote the Tourism industry. Additionally, He has completed innovation and Leadership in Hospitality and Tourism(PATA), Sustainability for tour operators by CBI Netherlands, and Destination Branding and Marketing(PATA) training to name a few.
After a couple of years in his Business, Mr. Netra decided to visit Bhutan and Tibet in 2012. Both were then less known and hardly traveled countries in Asia. In his short time here he knew Tibet and Bhutan had something special to offer for nature and culture lovers. After, a lot of back and forth, he planned, organized, and completed a tour incorporating the best of these two kingdoms.
Bhutan was the definition of calmness, spirituality, and tranquility accompanied by a warm welcome. The natural and cultural landmarks here can hardly go unnoticed. Similarly, the wonderful monasteries, impressive architecture, rich culture, and lively festivals have made Mr. Netra a proper admirer of Tibet. Tibet and Bhutan are now getting the recognition recently which they much deserve. Mr. Netra couldn’t be happier with the country developing alongside tourism. This tour also marked the establishment of the Asia Experience. He wasted no time next and soon included Myanmar, Sri-Lanka, and India.
First, Mr. Netra traveled to all these countries studying and experimenting the travel opportunities. It was in India that he had the vision of combining few other underrated countries to formulate what is now a highly customizable multi-country tour by Asia experiences. Each country here now has massively packed characteristic features and connections with Netra himself.
Nepal has been that home feel that defines any great destination. As a country of boundless possibilities and diversity Nepal is the core for any tour in Asia. Sri-Lanka naturally made itself in with some mesmerizing destinations and unique ecosystems too. The void for a perfect blend of pristine beaches and warm hospitality was filled well by this island nation. Yala National Park, Sigiriya, and Kandy was the triangle forming cultural, natural, and historical experiences here.
India needs no definition for travelers. Between 1998 and 2020 Mr. Netra has been in this colorful country well over a dozen times. Now understood the nation through and through, he knows the best about this big and diverse country. New Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Rajasthan (The golden Travel-triangle), Shimla, the Sikkim, and Darjeeling of the east to the lively settlements and culture of South, Once was not enough for travelers In India. Indian cities, culture, cuisine, and experience are up for grab to visitors with Mr. Netra and the team.
Southeast Asia as a whole is perfect for travelers and he knew it during his visit to Myanmar, Singapore, and Thailand in 2014. An informal vacation here turned out to be that spark that led Mr. Netra to include more of this spirited subcontinent to the tours of Asia Experience.
Myanmar is a magical land. There are few places like this in the world. A country of pure culture, spiritual delights, and adventure, Mr. Netra visits here whenever he can. So much so that the cities of Yangon, Mandalay, Bagan, Inle Lake and Pindiya have been his second home for a few years. After Myanmar the introduction of other Southeast Asian countries to Asia Experience was inevitable. With Singapore, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia flaunting sublime destinations, Everest Vacation now boasts a complete travel experience in Asia.
Bangladesh is the last of the bunch to be added to Asia Experiences. When Mr. Netra visited Bangladesh in 2019, he was surprised beyond normal with the minimal tourists and travelers in this largely popular country. Several itineraries now include Bangladesh and the decision was never one to doubt. As a country dear to him, he wants to show the world the true beauty of Bangladesh well beyond what the internet has to offer.

Apart from his Business Mr. Netra spends his free time in Social work and philanthropy. As of present, he is the President of ‘Kiwanis Club of Swoyambhu Nepal for 2021/2022′ and a lifetime member of ‘HEADS Nepal‘. To give back to society and his birthplace, Gorkha, he is always active in various environmental and social works there as a Board Member of ‘Gorkha Tourism‘.
